Its been working fine, but now the Movies etc have gone off.
Has there been some changes?
What do people suggest?

sorry mate n3 is here and the boxes will soon be worthless.. i'm in leics can still get sky sports 1-4 and sky sports news no films or uk golg have lost at least 35 channels over night!!!!

Got a letter saying we were getting a new card...Havent got it yet though.
So Sunderland can be added to that list now.

You could try a factory reset, rescan and turn keycode back on. This will check to see if it is not just a frequency change.

But highly unlikely and looks like you area is in the process of changing over. There will be other alternatives hitting the market soon enough but these will be cardsharing services.

And if you were indeed thinking of CS for TV I would recommend looking at it from a satellite perspective as opposed to cable. CS on cable is never going to compete with satellite, given the obvious advantages over cable.

Unfortunately our rules do not allow for technical discussions on CS, but a quick google with the right keywords will give you all the info you need.

Or subscribe to cable and wait for a more public alternative.

is it 1.05 firmware you have on box, worth trying 1.12, this and instructions are in red at top of starview section.

Ill try google with the keywords, but Its all technical for me....I just want to keep the wife and kids happy, without breaking the bank. And the prices that my "helpful cable provider" are charging is highway robbery!

I cant find my original thread, because there was a code I had to type in when I went into the menu to turn....(cant remember now) something on. was it 1470?..Damn, there was a procedure but I cant remember it. Even saved it on my laptop somewhere... .."Somewhere!" KEYCODE!!...that was it. do you know the number?

1570 but as Mark said above you need to have at least the latest firmware version which is V1.12, but as said even that will be short lived.

Installed a sat dish to the side of it and got an HD tv plus got a DM box. I tend to spend most of my evenings in there now.

With a new card on and Nag3 on , even with latest firmware v1.12 we have no chance ,

its basically back on normal TV or sky dish.
