star 4 usb channels missing

Hi, live in leicestershire have star 4 usb, latest firmware, yes have recieved a new card from virgin, done factory reset, rescanned, set default key, still missing channels.
Is there any way to get them back or is this the end?

every box goes down on nagra3 that was the point of new encryption and no fix.

was wondering about the radio side, not that its vital but will they stay the same then?
