hi all having trouble with my starview 3 the box super usb. Lost all sky sports channels still got movie channels etc. tried factory reset re installing etc no joy. Any help would be much appreciated.

sv3 is not usb!!! its sv4... so ergo, have you got correct f/ware on??? but if nag3 ,forget it....
