Starview 5 USB 2 Problems! Please Help

hello,
I have followed all instructions and the box works a treat for around 15 mins, and then starts to freeze and eventually the screen goes black with no sound.
If anybody can help me I will thank you over the internet!

use 2.03, older software, should work. load this factory reset and rescan.
