this is grasping at straws but I have read about people getting channels on a different provider in particular chorus, you have nothing to lose so try scanning on different ones and see if you have any luck (factory reset first)

Try flashing it with the rs232 cable instead of using the usb cable, if that doesn't work try flashing again via usb cable.

i have just received a NEW Virmin card today i live in Teesside as well so it looks like you might have been changed over to NAGRA 3 the info with my new card said that all my channels will be unavailable if i do not activate my card within 2 weeks so it looks like i will have to get the sports package and a extra box for our lass i suppose all good things come to the end
