starview problems 3 4 5

any ideas please some of these boxs are only picking up 31 transponders in certain parts of liverpool done factory reset and rescaned nothing more than 101 channels still get sky sports 1+3 but not much more any help please

PLEASE HELP

my starview box went off couple times the other week whrn i did a auto scan , to get the channels back i noticed i had lost some channels , then a couple of days later the same thing happened again i lost more channels so i did a auto scan & a full scan the thing is i used to be able to get the channels back that i had lost now dont matter how many times i do a scan i cant get these channels back , has anyone got any ideas how i can get the channels back that i have losst i would be very greatful if you could help thankyou.

suppliers and got a few more.havnt got racing uk yet,

have you turned the emu back on

have you tried scanning on a different provider.also scan from the main feed..

press 1570 scroll down to nargravision and choose a provider.
you should be on tw..
