The box super lost channels

I've lost 2 or three channels, i've done a rescan and menu 1570 does anyone have any suggestion(starview 4)i'm in belfast. Thanks for any replies.

start with a factory reset then auto scan your provider and emu to on.

in belfast myself and others have found it better to scan on chorue rather than ntl to get all channels back and get out the installation loop

hi,

i'm also in belfast & have tried both options on my 2 boxes, but had no joy,
before i give them a new flash, could anyone upload their channels file for the box super usb just incase that does the trick,
