One of these areas is me. Does the NAG3 get rid of all channels as I do get about 95% of what I had initially. Everything was fine until Thursday night.Just a few sports channels are missing. It's the repeated channels and channels within channels eg channel 4 will be c4 but the next 104 line could be tv5 or tv14 with bbc on that I can't understand

nagra3 you will still get when scanned all channels but viewing that channel on screen you will see waiting for code update.movies and sports are first to go if you still have them your not on n3 yet but soon,latest firmware and a factory reset and auto scan from direct feed and enable keycode or emu on and exit out.if some channels dont work tps can be broken and may come back in a day or so.

channel movement is happening a lot thats why you need to do a reset and scan.

just to add if you see channels like tv1,tv2 etc when scanning it is a low signal so reset and start again.

factory default is 0000 to delete channel data
menu1570 is secret code to access emu or keycode enable ,on same page is either above or below is set default key clears key data to make box update as long as not on n3.

I have a Starview 4, and I have lost some channels (I'm in NW Eng). I get films, a couple of the sports channels and a load more. I have factory reset, re-scanned and put default1570 on. I am missing some sports channels but I get most channels repeated quite a few times. I've left it off over night and tried again this morning, same thing......any help peeps?

Try what catkid did for me. i got everything back on chorus.

I've tried all options. When I enable keycode the same page show Nagravision and within this is loads of info. Do I need to change anything in this or is there an updated firmware that I can use????

same thing happend to me and neighbour, i did a factory reset, the started from scratch, had to rescan a few times but we got them all back

Just got everything back on. Thanks guys for all your help. I have updated my firmware also to 1.12 (Thanks to Satsmo) Hope you all have a good bank holiday. Cheers
