sv5 question

hey guys big thanks btw for my last post worked a treat anyway on to my new post my father in law has a SV5 currently on f/w 2.03 but... he cant get most channels such as itv sky 1 tried factory reset 1570 ect and still just those couple channels wont come on any new f/w for a SV5 other than 2.03?

factory reset again and scan from direct feed no splitters or extensions as these can lose channels.

it is from direct feed no splitters ect just lost itv now thats the only channel sounds stupid but my father inlaw likes his soaps ....... emmerdale corrie tried everything to get it on no luck so far
