problems with programme guide

After my Starbox Super USB box went off recently I did a factory reset, scan and turned the keycode back on. Now whenever I check the epg after switching on the TV the box does a complete scan for channels. I only get a couple of hours information for all channels which means I cannot record anything more than two hours ahead. Does anyone have any info or ideas on how to correct this?

Today my EPG has gone totally, no info at all.

I have much the same problem. I have 1.12 for a month now but all of a sudden the EPG gives only limited information and I get a warning clone box pop up when I switch channels. Odd as it all worked OK for a month after I updated to 1.12!! (I did the update as I lost all channels)

Any advice ??

your box is a clone with a heatsink under the vents ,if you power off box it may not come back on.check your time and date settings they may be off/wrong.
