If you have it in your s/v there is a format option there or do it via your pc.

hi done the v1-12 update with usb and still no channels just blank screen any more advice please ?

did you factory reset,0000 to delete,auto scan your provider,find channels,exit,then menu1570,keycode enable,and exit out.

Hi there new to this forum but require help!!

Am in the NE of Scotland and woke up this morning to find all channels gone with exception of BBC1, BBC2 and ITV etc.

Have done all the obvious stuff like rescan, reboot but still nothing.

Any suggestions?

if it does not find channels try another provider,even on nagra 3 it will list channels,make sure coaxial cable is in cable input from wall to box no splitters or extensions.

new need help

hi im new on here i seem to be having the same problems as a few other people i live in the liverpool area and iv lost most of my channles sky sports living sky1 ect still got the movies. iv tryed factory default and then authomatic scan on the TW but still no joy, i dont understand ho u do a manual scan can any one help ??????????????????

hi all new to forum woke up yesterday and all channels had been scrambled done the delete and retune everything was okay but 2 day all sky sports channels have gone tried the same again but wont get them back any advice please im in lpool by the way if that helps ?

You put the new firmware unpacked on a fat32 format'ed memory stick and upgrade firmware. Googling works very well for the specifics.

if you looked in downloads above all files are there,also a tut for help which is a must to read first.
