starview 5 the super box usb11

Hi can anyone help i got 2 of the starview 5 boxes my mate has a starview 4 his works and it works at my house but with the ver5 boxes do everything it says as i have done the ver 3 and 4 before had no problem but these wont find anything is there a way can put info manuelly or something else as when do secret menu an d correct new firmware cant get anything but on one of the boxes got some working and dont know how i did it its a puzzle as menu comes up when start box all the time and done the pocedures

firmware v2.03 ??,if its in menu you have no channels,have you coaxial going into cable input ?,try scanning all providers ?
if other boxes still working that should too.

Make sure you have v2.03 f/w installed (menu,system info) if this is correct try scanning on all service providers, your post is a little bit vague & hard to understand!!
