STARVIEW 6 PROBLEMS

Hi

i have a problem. i ve followed the instructions to get my starview 6 box working to the letter. i cant for some reason get the keyedit appear on the right hand side. also all the channels appear but they all show scrambled. what am i doing wrong!!!!!! also the flap on the front for some reason will not open!!!

i live in the north west - preston. i know about nag 3. ive had a starview/eurovox for the last 4 yrs!!!

can you help with my problem.
