the box super usb

I am new to all of this so may need some help.
I have the box super usb, and the only channels i am recieving are bbc1, channel 2, itv, channel four and five, maybe a few others but not many. Each time i delete all channels and do the automatic installation, it seems to install most of the channels at least twice some more than that, but I still have limited channels, any ideas on what the problem is???

basically, most of my channels are there but no picture or sound.

sv4 needs firmware v1.12,followed by a factory reset 0000 to delete,auto scan provider,and then enable keycode by pressing menu1570.

yeh same way all other boxes r going m8 nagra3 is closing them down
