starview 3 lost channels

hi everyone i,m in belfast i had all channels except espn so i done a rescan that didnt work then i factory rest it and have lost everything what can i do get at least some channels back pleassee help

did you press 1570 on remote and turn emu to on after factory reset?

yes mate did all that now it only scans 58 channels and fails them all ?????
