Starview 5 (The Box II)

I recently bought Starview 5..
I automatically scanned it.. and it says no new channel found..
and then i manually scanned it.. and got 2/3 channels and only price drop tv is working.. i pressed menu1570 but nothing is happening.. the menu is not changing..

what area are you in & which firmware have you got installed?
