starview hd combo lan

can any one help just loaded firmware etc to hd combo +done factory reset and scan for channels found all channels no bother but cant view them $$$ beside channel do you have to enter a code like starview 5 and if so what is it cheers

Go menu>accessories and punch in 8989 and another menu will appear.

hi i have the same problem with this box i tried 8989 but the key edit goes off nothing happens any help would be greatfull
