    No Channels available

    Hi Gents,
    Havent been on for a while as the box has been working well up till today, all channels lost in the NTL swansea area.
    Did a re-scan and the usual but nothing happening, looks like it will be paying to view time ahead..

    Same here in west central London, looks like VM have kicked in Nagra 3

      HI Mate,
      I had the same issue this morning with Starview5, you need to do a factory default and rescan the channels, its working for me after this.

          Yep, same here..done a factory reset and re-scanned and working ok for the Northampshiite area on a SV1, but did not work on a SV4 super usb, even after the 1.12 update????any ideas???

          Even selected other that NTL and still no good

          SORTED on SV4 - re-up the firmware 1.12, re-scanned on Chorus and then set key mode to on and bosh...waited for approx 5 mins on any encypted channel and worked a treat!!!!!!

            Hi All, Can anyone help me?? I lost all channels on starview 4. I restored factory settings but now can not get the language box off at the start anybody had this problem before??

                        if you are not receiving channels and your pretty sure nag3 isnt in your area then there could be another problem, as this happened in my case.

                        i am in an NTL area but lost a few channels so went thru the factory reset procedure and then the re-scan picked up nothing, just leaving me on the language screen.

                        i was advised by somebody else on here that if I scanned on another provider tht it might work.

                        so i scanned on CHORUS instead of NTL and it worked.

                        it went all the way up to 80% and still hadnt picked up anything but then after 80% it reverted back to about 10% and started picking up channels
