No Channels available

Hey, newbie here and not too good on the technical jargon side of things.

Im from the swansea area and yesterday lost all the channels on my starview 4 the box super usb (even the free channels arent there) I have no idea what to do from here on?
How do i factory reset? Iv tried rescanning a few times and the channels are all just black screens
Does it mean my box will probably not work again (iv heard people talk about nagravision3 and saying the boxes wont ever work now???)

Im in the South Wales area... All is fine, everything working..
But Starview Usb II not picking up any channels..
Pretty sure Nag 3 not here yet as the other boxes ok.
Any suggestions please?

Hi Im in neath/swansea area and all my channels went on starview 4 box so i restored factory settings,re scanned on VM ,clicked back onto menu typed in 1570 , switched on key. I have more channels now than before but only aint got sly sports 1.

Wont work on my box with v1.07 installed ? Any one know where i can download V1.12 firmware ??

Can anyone help ??

I deleted the channel and I got it back working.

i deleted FX to get Sky Spots 1 back..
It worked for me..
