    SV6 set up help?

Acoording to what Ive found to get SV6 set I need to do the following,

Menu, options, network, net applications, select type ustream (uk)

The problems I got is I go menu, options, network then instead of getting net applications I get network ip set up, sw download or home steam setup.

Any assistance or pointers greatly appreciated, first time I've seen this bit of kit, Oh and I've already got carling 1.0 on my usb plugged into the back

But have you flashed the box with it?

No, cos it says save db or save rom, not sure which one to do first?

Switch the box off from the power. Plug in your USB stick and power the SV 6 back up.

        Then follow from this line:

From the main menu go to Utility and then press the right arrow button and select usb.

The link I posted is the file you require? Your supplier would be the best person to ask when it comes to the CS server set up as we cannot discuss how to connect to it, as it is against our forum rules to do so.

Grooverider is the author's nic, Carling is the name of the bin file to differentiate between the UK & Ireland, so they are one in the same. You have the correct file for the SV6 as per the link above.

Hi dude, see youre still struggling to get up and running.
If the box is new, you should load the FTA firmware FIRST and then update to the latest.
This way has workes for many people so give it a go m8.

I've got to the problem, USB stick I was using was no good, must be in FAT 32 format, I loaded the firmware on with another USB and I know this time it worked cos I check on system info, thereafter scanned and made sure emulator is on, I then put in on a $ channel and as per instructions waited 5 min with still the same message, scrambled. Located in pure in leicester. Freeview channels are working fine though
