try a factory restore mate and then auto scan you will need to turn the keycode on when scan finished, i have forgotten how to do this but im sure someone else will drop in once you get to that stage.

Its menu 1570, key emu change to on, exit till your on your channels wait for update, don't be suprised if only channels 1-5 and a few others work, most parts of uk has now switched over to N3
