better check 2 c if ur in a nag3 area if u r the box wont work , if u r not in a nag3 area u will be soon firmware is in the doonload section u will have 2 wait 20 mins before u r allowed 2 doonload..

Thanks Davieboy and Cloudnine. Got the firmware but can't upload. Keep getting message 'Not a file in this IRD'. A bit new to this so unsure how to find out if in a nag3 area - got virgin cable in South Wales, nr Swansea?

what is the name on front of unit,and what firmware are you trying.

The name on the front of the unit is - The Box USB II and the firmware is TheboxSuperUSB2v.2.03.

Swansea has escaped N3 but I expect it to hit in the next 4 weeks...had to do a re-scan Friday!
