Is version 1.0 the latest firmware for UK or are we supposed to use 1.04? and what is the difference?

Make sure you cable connection is screwed right to the end, also if you are using any splitters try without splitter

make certain you are useing lan port as well when you are installing new firm ware, the star view needfs to no your i p address and sever it does it auto, good luck.

Starview 6 cannot find any channels

Hi, setup my Starview 6 box and cannot find any channels, i used to have a SV4 box so im not a novice , or so I thought.

System ifo is as follows:
SW Carling 1.00.0 UKC (may 08)
LDR 01.13 (0909)
HW: IRM-1.00-IR-300-8-0
Ram 32mb, ROM 2mb (066%)
01.56

It is showing Nagra:

anyone any ideas ~??

I connected a 15m LAN cable and this shows up on the IP set up also/

I have done system restores, scanned over a dozen times, oh Im on Tele*est so I know its 6952.

Im at my wits end,

Tried all the usual, cabble is screwed right in,when scanning the signal strength is between 10% and 90%.

Please HELP?
