i did a scan and now it wont go off the installation screen any 1 shed any light on this at all ,thanks

Try switching it off from the main power on the back of the box for a few minutes, then try it again.

make sure you do a factory reset 0000 to delete and try scanning all providers if you dont pick up a list of channels and then enable keycode and exit.
