How to tell which Starview and if it is cloned

I have a SuperBox USB but I cant tell which model and if it is a cloned box. The firmware I have installed is 1.07 and it was working fine until last week. I used to scan channels on ex c&w and now I cant get premium channels. I am in the Harrow area and I know that this area has not moved to N3 yet.
I have checked the codes on cc toolbar but they have the same ones that are on my box anyway for 5C01 (ex c&w)
Will a new firmware fix this issue and if so do I need the 1.12 or 2.03 as I am not sure which model I have.

read the name on front of unit usb 1 is sv4 or usb11 is sv5,if its a sv4 look under vents for a heat sink which denotes a clone,your box is going to die anyway so flash your box and get channels back.

if you have 1.07 on now, put 1.12 on ... will only work till nag3 arrives on your doorstep....

Put version 1.12 and rescanned. Got the channels back. Got to make the most of it I suppose as I have only had it for 6 months. Thanks all for your help and comments.
