I am new here. Got Starview 4 6 months ago. Lost all the channels. Do I need latest s/w. I got verion 1.07. what the one higher than mine. Help!!

Have you tried a rescan or a factory reset then rescan?
The latest firmware for the starveiw 4 is 1.12 available in the download section at the top of the page.
What are do you live in as it may have been hit by nagra 3

I have just done factory default and then autoscan.

Only got few entertainment channels back but not the rest.
Please advise.

did you reset emu? but as said your area may have moved in to n3, if yes you wont get them back, post your nearest big town someone maybe able to confirm yes or no good luck

What is emu. How do I reset it.

Area = coventry

go to menu and key in 1570 and turn on emu/keycode. but looks your area moving to the darkside mate

Done That.

Got most of the channels back apart from movies and sports.
Is there anyhting else I can try.
