    Starview 4 Box Super all chanels no signal

    Hi All, I was just watching the champions league final an then the picture froze. I turnt the bix on and off and every channel was saying no signal. When I done a re scan no new channels were found. So i did a restore to factory settings and re scanned, turning the code on aswell an no channels are being found now, so I have no channels can anyone help please thanks

              When u do a factory reset u lose all of your firmware that you have installed new starview 6 has new fimeware as standed installed , do you have a usb port on that box u are useing if so you may be able to get new fimware for it on this site good luck,

                  I have the same issue - Starview 4, tried factory reset , uploaded new firmware 1.12 - still cannot find any channels. Not received a new card from Vermin - Coventry area

                      no you dont, a factory reset only erases channel data.

                          double check in menu you downloaded v1.12,and if yo did a factory reset 0000 to delete,coaxial into cable input??,try auto scanning all providers,even on n3 you will still get a list,and finally enable keycode and exit.

                          just to add even try powering off at back for a min before scanning.
