when scanning why do i get the same channel multiple times

Hello there! I have a "The Box super usb" when i scan for channels why am i getting a channel multiple times of which then i got to delete the excess channel or channels, i.e i may get channel 5 4x. can anyone help pls.

u need to do a full factory re-set then re-scan and enable emu

i dont know about that cause after i put on the 1.12 i did a factory reset and turned on the emu thats how i found my channels(on chorus not on ntl aint got a clue why i had to scan on chorus but it works) and i have got a few double channels but when i delete the double it takes them both away and as for the 4 channels 5s i have got that 2, when i 1st got my box it had about 5 of channels 1 2 3 4 and 5 i dont know a way around it but i dont mind its all free and only going to last a month or 2 im guessing, its just a shame i found out about this site way to late still saved me $40 on 2 boxes
