Stairview 4 (the box super usb) firmware 1.12 blank screen on pay channels??

I have 2 of these starview 4 boxes one has worked fine scanning on chorus with the 1.12, it has doubled a few channels but im not complaining but with the other box i did the same thing, the factory reset and emu on but after finding the channels they come on blank any ideas iv heard about a logo file but thn i heard the logo file is in that 1.12 file altogether some1 help

if the channel is not broadcasting you will have a blank screen try a scan nearer the event.
on the blank channels any message=waiting for code update?=nagra3

my other starview 4 box is fine but 1 just loads a blank screen i got them both round the same time il just stick to the 1 then
