starview4 the box super usb

hi every1 am new on here just been reading through a few threads and think i found my ansawer,got a box super usb and i just have a blank screen on sky sports 12 and 3 but 4 works fine, sw version is 1.07 think i need 2 upgrade to 1.12 is that right plz!! i live in liverpool and nag 3 has not hit us yet so i no thats not the problem!!

tried 2 flash the box i put the 1.12 on a usb stick but when i go on the usb page it wont let me put the file on it like when i first got the box it just shows the colour keys at the bottom of the screen like yellow = format? anyideas plz
