Help...All channels on 3000 the Box Super USB2 aka Starview 5

I got the box super usb 2. Today I rescaned the box & all channels are showing as 3000 ****TV. I cannot pick channel names or the channel numbers as i used to before. Every channel now starts with 3000......can someone tell me if its possible to do it as it was. I have tried factory defaulting, rescanning & reinstalling ver 2.03, switching off removing plug but no joy. I got no splitters or anything else going on the cable........

factory reset and scan on another provider.
