Starview weak sat signals

Starview weak sat signals

I have received my new Starview combo + and when I connected the sat cable to it it showed about 12% to 20% weaker signals than my previous T*53**. What is wrong? I don't think my old box can beat this one like that.
What can I do? any help please? Thanks All in advance.
