Starview comb HD Ustream login is failed - error code(209)

Seems like I'm getting a few problems with the UStream connection. I'm getting a 209 error code or more specifically "login is failed - error code(209)".
I know its not a network issue as I've got the CCcam side working. Plus I'm pretty sure its not the same issue as the 206 error code (wrong MAC address) although I could be wrong.

Any one have any ideas? Any list of error codes available from Starview?
I've mailed them via their official site so just waiting for a response.

you dont need to mess about with with ips or mac it all auto assigned you can check the ipboxs are populated ,if you are set up ok when you change channel it will say connected or not connected at bottem of screen ,all you can do then it reboot router ,check ethernet cable etc

Your sv 6 will work a lot better when you but your manual staitic ip addreess in there is no harm in trying the box will reboot then at bottom of tv screan it will tell you are connected, always have internet on through lan port as i have notice every now and then at the back of box they is a yellow light and green one a frend of my says when green light is flashing it is atuo up dating all of the time so when VERNIN send scrabled freguencies down the box the box auto picks them up and replaces the channel that was scambled, to me the box will replace all freguencies with no ones, hope this helps you GOOD LUCK,

Seems the 0529 firmware fixed the problem. It's weird though how everyone else was getting a 206 error and I was getting a 209 error!
