Starview "The Box" gone in Newbridge, Kildare, Ireland

Hi,

Cant complain really. It was working for a long time on Chorus / UPC till the other day when there was an upgrade.

On rescan All channels now scrambled except RTE1 for some reason

Basically, does anyone know is this box a goner, i.e. throw it out or not

and if it is, is there any other box out there that i can get to work at all in my area

did you factory reset and auto scan your provider and emu to on

having same prblm. would appreciate if someone could profer a solution, or suggest any other good machine.

i did factory reset, auto scan and all the stuffs. box refuses to broadcast.

when box is on latest firmware and you have done a reset and fresh scan do you get a list of channels,no then scanning wrong provider,yes then make sure emu or keycode is enabled and also press the set default key and exit,if you are in a n3 area you will get a message waiting for code update=n3 and no fix,if box updates new key data within a min picture will come back.
ireland have gone n3 over 9 months ago and adding new areas all the time,uk is also in n3 changeover mode plenty of posts to read .
