starview 5 usb 2 no channels

I have been losing a few channels lately like espn,disney etc and now today everything has gone apart from 1,2,3,4,5.
can anyone help please,i have had the box since october with no problems untill now,i have a few times lost a few channels,so have deleted them and reinstalled them and got everyone back.
Now i just get 1,2,3,4,5 now and thats it.
Could anyone please help.Thank you!

Grimsby gone today RIP, 3+ years so no regret.
I have always paid since Diamond cable days for BB/TV and phone, rang and got a new VM box a few weeks back to replace my old VM box, some free HD channels too.
Very impressed, especially with catchup TV, EPG etc.
Thanks to all over the last few years, bye
