Can we turn are box's into freeview box's

Right nag 3 has hit hard all these starview box's are no good is there a way of turning them into a simple freeview box???? I am getting simple channels 1-5 and the odd free channel only 1 or 2 off them in linc's I know it's nag 3 so no silly answer about nag3 please

what you have is all you will get, you cant connect to aerial as these boxes have a cable tuner
