updtd f/w to 1.12 had chanels now all gone?

my channels went down so i updated my firmware to 1.12 .I had most channels but a few were missing so i tried a rescan and it said no new channel. so i reset factory default and now i cant get any channels at all it just says " no new channel" and the list is empty. please help the kids will drive me crazy without no tv

Nagra3 , new encryption,, not cracked .. your area probably has it
