    starview 4 usb help

    can anyone help,my friend has a starview 4 the box super usb,have scanned box,got channels,all freeview on,but cannot get premium channels,done everything,factory reset,scanned channels,turned keycode on,imputted codes manually,and set default key,but still no premium channels,do i need to put firmware back on,i am in liverpool area so no nagra 3 yet,please help.

      not sure what firmware,maybe i should try firmware again,how do you flash with usb,i have eurovox and use rs232.his box only went off two weeks ago.

        do menu, system info..... this will let you know what f/ware is on... as cacti said you need 1.12

          on system information,it is model id c500,s/w version 1.07,boot version b-11,how do i get firmware onto usb stick.

            yes usb stick, you need to load 1.12 and all will be good, well for now it will.
