hi downloaded the latest carling firmware to my box mac code ok seems to be connected to the net but when i do a scan it comes up no channels registered the box.i search by the cable scan.when the box is on the tv just says no channels.when its on the box on the front only says menu with no lights and when i switch it off there is a red light can anyone help please.
