Starview HD Combo + Lost channels

I just got a starview HD combo + Lan version and when I got it I don the feb update and everything was working fine got all channels. Then I updated to the Jan 2010 firmware and I search for channels now and I only get 3 at most. I have use the fix on the box so it takes it to the factory settings but still no luck tryed all firmwares again after and just no channels.
Can any 1 help
