thanks.i have the box, starview 5 usb 11 and cant get any of the channels after scanning. i was told i need memory stick, whats that. i know i sound crazy but havnt clue what it is. please help and give instructions on how 2 get my channels. i did have the starview 3 box and got all the channels and they suddenly disappeared and couldnt get them back so bought the starview 5 usb 11 as was advised this was updated box. please help.

if your channels suddenly disappeared off your SV3 it probably was due to nagra3, if that was the case the SV5 will be of no use either.
