can some 1 help no channel only free 2 air

hi all can some 1 point me in they right direction i have a super b
box model id c500
s/w version 1.07
boot version b-11
date dec 22 2008 the problem is im only getting free 2 air tv all other channels ae locked any help thanks

I think you are saying you have a Starview super usb = starview 4 and that you have the v1.07 firmware on it.
if that is the case then you need to flash with the v1.12 firmware, but if you are in a nagra3 area there is no fix (whats your nearest town)

walsall mate my box is a dreambox thats working fine just getting 2 grip with me mates superbox will try that update firmware

ok iv'e pop'd 1.12 on now do i do a rescan
