Starview 4 loss of channels-Swansea area

I have lost all movies and Sports channels this afternoon, they were working fine this morning! Have done factory reset, scanned and turned on key code but still not getting channels. Is anyone else having probs in the Swansea area? Does anyone know if it's N3 or have any suggestions? Thanks.

If you haven't already done so you need to flash with the v1.12 firmware

think you have 1.12 on, going by a post last year.. if its nag3, you are goosed.... but it might be a vermin local problem... check on their website..............

seems to be few issues today, we went off in gloucester for half hour at 7.30pm. first thing everybody should do before posting, is ring virgin, and you will get a automated message telling of issues in your area. but ive told people to do this for years,but people still ring me and say, can you ring for me, and i dont even live in their area, lazy gits.
