New to Starview

Hi Folks,

I have been having issues with the new Starview 4, I had to manually tune in my box and even then I only got to about 21% and it froze, I only got 10 channels and even then only 2 of them were unscrambled

Can someone please advise how to sort this out?

Which firmware revision are you using?

Version 1.02 in beta

Did you turn keycode on? Did you scan from the direct feed?

I have sorted it out now thanks, I used your starter pack. When I downloaded the initial Firmware it didn't come with any read me doc that told me to put in a key code, I downloaded your starter pack and it had all the relevant information.
