Lost random channels HELP

My Starview Super Box USB has performed ok till a few days ago, then it just lost all channels (other than freeview)

Any fixes or ideas please.

make sure you have latest firmware on, and where are you as is may be nagra 3 has hit you, new encryption, no fix.

nagra 3 is a new encryption that will make these boxes useless very soon, you need to press menu then system info, you need to have v1.12 loaded, 1.07 is no good. all instructions and software in red at top of starview section.
