starview 4 usb

help i have a starview 4 it will not find channels starview 1 working ok .done a factory reset nothing on the starview 4

what f/ware have you got on sv4???, 1.07 or 1.12??? you need 1.12... for a while anyway till nag3 gets a grip of you!!!
