you need v1.12 software, its in downloads section.

you need v1.12 software, its in downloads section. but may be worth sending back, as they wont work for long when encryption changes. dont load software if you send back

hiya,im just new,so here goes,ive also got a starview4 with version1.12 and ive now lost all my movie channels,i know about the nag3,but would i be wasting my time installing v1.10 if v1.12 doesnt work properly???

yes it would be a waste of time, no software will fix it.

Hi, I'm not sure if this is posted in the right area but i would really appreciate any help. We got "the box-T" in after Christmas and now nearly all channels are scrambled or gone. Would an update help, if so what version am i looking for, and if not, can i get a new box and which model would I need?

I would really appreciate any help with this problem. Before installing "the box t" we tried a FTA satellite receiver, which for some reason (probably because it was installed by amateurs) has always been scrambled.My dad paid for both systems and is none to pleased with either outcome and is impossible to listen to especially since he has no concept of why the channels are scram-belling.
