Cannot view nothing on SV6

I plug my SV6 as normal but nothing comes up on the screen? I plugged in my other SV6 to the same tele & everything works fine (when the server is working, ) so I know its not my scart lead, the digital display does come up but nothing on my tele, any ideas appreciated

you have bought a crap receiver with no support, this is well known and people were warned, in a short amount of time it will not work again, get shot now as you may get ?80 if your lucky.

peeps that have them should sell them and get a dreambox or similar

The server has been on and off the last couple of days! Why does e stylus say get a dream box the only way u will benefit using dream is cs'ing yours self as there are no reliable cs servers for cable or they all charge a fortune! The kv780 r probs best! I'd also love to know why ppp say with sv u get no support well someone pls tell me who ur Guna get support from on the kv and spidarbox or even dreams lmao

people in ireland bought that box and server was pulled and not coming back so you have a nice radio now ,people were warned what would happen if the server goes and at least krypt if it has a problem it will get sorted.
in the end if you do research before you buy anything you will have an idea what to expect.

Everyone above has focussed on the server issues which I'm very well aware of, the problem I got is nothing appears on my screen not even the main menu

had same issue yesterday on 1 of my 2 sv6's other was working fine. all i did was factory reset then rescanned and everything came on. think ppl should lay off sv6 as ive had very little issues with it other than when the irish raid occurred.also forget the dreambox im also running combo + with ccam so gettin best of both for under ?150 do sum research starviews can be found for as little as ?80

How can I do a factory re-set if nothing appears on my tele?

if scart connector socket is damaged try hooking up the red/white phono and yellow video lead to tv to see if you get a menu/picture

sorry m8 but it doesnt matter if you have got a picture or not or got into the super dooper secret menu the server was busted and looks like it wont be back

dunno where you are going with charging a fortune, you are talking 160 gbp for the kv a780 and no further charges for the server?

can't do above as old starview boxes had these holes new sv6 does not have it. I fixed it anyway I pressed menu, factory re-set and ok blind. and when it re-booted I was able to see soemthing on my screen finally
