Lost channels

Hi

I have a Super Box and have recently reflashed it with New Firmware Starview 3 - 8.04e

But since doing this and carrying out a full scan, I am only getting the free channels.

I have less channels now than before I reflashed, why?

I live in Nuneaton, near Coventry

Do I need to reflash? or is there a newer version?

You need to search the forum using the search function for a thing called NAGRA 3.

I have heard & read about Nagra3

I have been told its not in my area yet.

I have just taken my Super box 3 down my friends and carried out a scan and got the same result, limited number of channels.

My friend runs Super box USB and gets all the channels going.

His box works at his house and mine fine.

It looks to me like there is an issue with my Super box 3

Yes I am scanning NTL at my house and my friends.

My Super box3 gives only limited channels, at both houses.

My friends Super USB box gives all channels at my house and his house

you could try putting his channel data file onto your box

have you turned your emu on?????

factory reset 0000 to delete,then power off at back for a min
on and auto scan from direct feed and emu to on.

thats menu1570 key emu to on.

How do I cary out factory reset?

I have turned EMU on in the menu is this correct?
