Skysports 1 not working

Can anyone tell me how to get Skysports 1 back, it lost signal so i re-scanned now there is no skysports 1 at all, ive got other channels skysports 3, espn etc.... but no Skysports 1

its the Starveiw 5 mate

just done a factory reset and rescanned, all the channels came up on the channel list but just got blank screen.

does the firmware need up dating or something if there is a new 1 that is.. or am i doing something wrong

the emu is the keycode,make sure its turned on in the secret menu
